This week, we've made a number of releases to help founders make the most of their token launch.

Best in class admin panel.
When building Zap, we have to think about two distinct types of users. Investors/crypto enthusiasts who want exposure to early-stage crypto projects, and also founders, who want a platform to launch their token. We have to keep both of these users happy, it’s a bit of a balancing act
Last week, we were mainly focused on the investor experience, this week we’re putting our care and attention to the founders. We’ve been building them a portal that let’s them create tools, and a lot more (but I’m afraid we’re going to have to keep that under wraps)
Fofão, our expert full-stack developer, has been killing the user experience for creating a pool, storming through features like
Silky smooth image uploads for pools
Ability for projects to add as much or little detail as they need
Custom no-code token deployment

Twitter and Discord account linking
Building in the web3 space is amazing, we’re on the cutting edge of some of the most promising technology in the world, but it can also be a pain. Firstly, there’s the user experience problems. How do you build a platform for natives and non-natives? Then there’s the technical issues, how do you allow 50+ wallet types on 10+ browsers on a blockchain that isn’t even on mainnet yet?
These are all issues that Badge has been tackling this week. It’s not sexy work, it’s not going to win any Nobel Prizes for technological innovation, but it is vitally important to making sure we do the basics well. On Zap users can now:
Log in with all currently supported Blast wallets
Connect their Twitter account (I wonder what this might be for?)
Connect their Discord account (Again, I wonder why…)
Again check our little teaser below to see the account page in action.
Bugs
I’ve said before and I’ll say it till I die. Birds fly, fish swim, and early software products have bugs. This week we’ve squashed a mighty 45 bugs! Including this pesky one caught by Salt our eagle eyes quality automation engineer, which caused some weird overlapping of modals on the pool page (in the industry we call this the z index)
It’s the details that matter.
🔨 Bugs Fixed: 45
🐞 Bugs outstanding: 35
As I teased last week, we will be having a public bug board visible for the entire community soon, to keep us honest on our target of being able to have a Zero Bug policy by march (meaning all new bugs are fixed within 24 hours)
Lots of love,
Carlo, Prodigy, Badge, Salt and the rest of the Zap product team
